A Deep Dive Into My Brand Strategy Sessions

One of the questions I hear most often from potential clients is, "What happens in a strategy session, what do we cover?" . I thought it was high time to give you a deeper dive into my approach and what we cover. This is a process I have played with over the years I have been offering Brand Strategy and I am always adding new elements to make it even better for you and your business.

When Positivity Meets Strategy

A lot of people don’t know this but I am a qualified transformative coach and I love putting that expertise to work during our strategy sessions. I believe its so important to overcome any mindset blocks and any self limiting beliefs you may have before we get started on all things strategy. Not only does this help with going forward in your business but it brings so much more clarity to the strategy session. (If this isn’t needed then we skip this step)

All The Good Stuff

Once the mindset work (if needed) is complete we move onto the business side of things. We start with your Brand’s Vision and Purpose, we get to work on defining your brands mission and long term vision, finding the “why” behind your brand and establishing your brand core values and beliefs.

Next we look at your Target Audience, start to identify them and ways to attract them. We create a detailed client persona which outlines who they are, how they act, what they care about etc. We look at their needs, desires and pain points and then we figure out where to find these clients and how to reach and engage with them authentically and effectively. We then look at your clients Sales Journey, this covers where the clients find you, what makes them take action and what steps they have to take to work with you or buy from you.

Once your idea audience is established we look at your Competitors and identify gaps and opportunities in the market and then we create your Unique Value Proposition, this is what makes your product or service different and better than your competitors.

Next it’s time to tackle your Brands Messaging, Voice and Positioning. Together we develop your authentic and consistent brand voice and start to create your brand story, this will evoke emotion, spark connection and resonate with your ideal audience. We then look at your overall messaging and create clear and impactful brand messaging that you will use all throughout your social and website. With both of these covered we can define your brand unique positioning in the market.

Then we do some brainstorming with some Content Strategy, this is where we go over what you can do on various platforms to start implenting your strategy. This would include social content and ideas that will start attracting ideal clients and building and growing your business aswell as plans for some long term goals.

Once the strategy session is complete, I go ahead and research everything, define all the work we did in the session and create a comprehensive brand strategy road map for you. All this strategy work helps me to create a cohesive and impactful brand identity that resonates with you, tells your brand story and connects with your ideal audience effortlessly.
